As long as you have a stable internet connection and the issue is not drastic (like a hardware failure or corrupt systems files), we should be able to help.

How we can help you
- Go to the get help page and enter your details.
- An engineer will reply - remember to check your junk mail box in case it arrives as spam.
- Either click the link in the email or enter the PIN number here.
- Run or save the small application - if prompted by a security warning, click run (it is from us so you know it is safe).
- If prompted by your firewall, allow the program to have access (unblock it).
- Wait for an engineer to connect to your PC and fix your problem!
Some tips and information on the software that we use.
- You can chat and send files to the engineer via the chat window.
- It is likely that an engineer will need to take remote control of your PC. You will be prompted to allow him access by way of a notification window.
- You can regain control at any point during the session.
- No footprint is left on your machine**
- The remote control software that we use is from one of world's leading remote support software specialists and incorporates high levels of security (256-bit SSL encryption, used by many banks).
